Welcome to AMORPH ("Website", "Brand", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our online store (t3hxd6-9u.myshopify.com or any custom domain linked hereto including amorph.in), you ("User", "Customer", "You") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Service ("Terms"), Shopify Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and applicable e-commerce regulations under Indian Law.

1. GENERAL & OWNERSHIP

This Website is operated by AMORPH, headquartered at Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751019, India. All services, apparel products, digital tools, and media provided by AMORPH are subject to your full compliance with these Terms.

2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT & CANCELLATION CUTOFF

AMORPH operates a premium streetwear brand using AMORPH Logistics Print-on-Demand (POD) custom manufacturing. Every garment is individually printed and quality-inspected upon order placement.

• Order Cancellation Window: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of order placement. Once an order enters manufacturing, cancellations or design changes cannot be accepted.
• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details including Pincode. Re-shipping charges apply for parcels returned due to incorrect buyer addresses.
• Defect Verification: All claims for damaged or defective items are governed strictly by our Exchange & Replacement Policy and require a continuous, unedited 360-degree unboxing video showing the sealed parcel label.

3. PREPAID ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY (NO COD)

All transactions are executed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant online payment gateways (Shopify Payments / Razorpay / Cashfree / Banking Portals). Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly unavailable. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Authorized Digital Wallets.

4. PRICING ACCURACY & TYPOGRAPHICAL DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, GSM weights, and prices. However, in the event of an inadvertent typographical error, system failure, or incorrect price listing, AMORPH reserves the absolute right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price.

5. FABRIC WASH CARE & COLOR DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

AMORPH garments are crafted from 240 GSM 100% Super Combed Cotton. Customers must follow washing instructions (cold machine wash, wash inside out, do not bleach, do not iron directly on print). AMORPH is exempt from warranty or replacement claims resulting from improper washing or ironing damage.

Note on Digital Displays: Due to screen calibration variations across digital devices (monitors, mobile displays), minor color shade variations between digital mockups and physical DTG printed garments fall within acceptable industry standards and shall not constitute a defect.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND PROTECTION

All graphic artwork, apparel designs, typography, brand logos, slogans, and website assets are the exclusive intellectual property of AMORPH. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial resale, or copying of artwork is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright and Trademark Laws.

7. THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING & FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER

AMORPH is not liable for parcel delivery delays caused by third-party courier logistics (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC), weather disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

8. FRAUD PREVENTION, SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

Any fraudulent transaction attempts, unauthorized chargebacks, or malicious claims will be reported to cybercrime authorities under the Information Technology Act 2000. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court, such provision shall be severed without affecting remaining terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal proceedings fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
